24.01.2022 Well that was wild. A 5.7 magnitude Earthquake just rocked the Bowen site. Centred just 30km offshore. All good. Buildings shook but no damage. All safe.

18.01.2022 Our Bowen operations copped a massive 390mm of rain in 48hrs courtesy of Tropical Cyclone Debbie. This is equivalent to the annual rainfall at our SA sites! Staff all safe and buildings, factory and stock are all in good shape. No storm surge at Bowen so we are pretty happy that the ocean stayed out of our salt field. Still plenty of rain water and tidy up to deal with. Keen to get back into business once power is restored. #CycloneDebbie

15.01.2022 Great news:- Power restored to the Bowen site today so salt manufacturing operations will resume on Monday morning. Ergon Energy have descended on the site today with crews, trucks and helicopters fixing Bowen townships main south feed which runs across our site. Even the ADF got involved today in providing access!

11.01.2022 We were very pleased to host a site visit today by SA Minister for Regional Development Hon Geoff Brock MP who was announcing a $200,000 grant for our business. The funding greatly assists the business which in the next year is spending over $1M on expanding manufacturing, warehousing, amenities, training & administration offices at our SA headquarters. 03.01.2022 Well TC Debbie had one last crack at Bowen with the associated massive rainfall last night creating more flood havoc than the cyclone (>120mm in 2hrs). High water nibbled the base of our salt stockpiles but our precious salt remains. Thoughts are with the town and region now busy getting things sorted with an army of emergency services descending on Bowen today #CycloneDebbie
