Generosity also can be to acknowledge the other with a word (or more ) of appreciation, this goes a long way to sustain love. Maybe of the small or bigger things that you have received from them in your every day life or that you noticed about the other that you may appreciate and even those things that you may have never even been aware of before, or have looked deeper to acknowledge.

02.01.2022 yesterday was International Women’s Day which I love to celebrate, I was reflecting on the feminine presence throughout my life with mother, daughters, sister, sister in laws, relatives and friends and colleagues. I am so grateful for their wisdom, support, fun, sharing the ebbs and flow of life. The ‘Goddess’ has been a strong and informative presence with me for over 40 years when I first became aware of her. It was life changing for me. The Greek and Roman plus Hindu and Buddhist Goddess empowered and enriched my life. One of my favourite is the very ancient ‘Inanna’ the Queen if Heaven and Earth, she reigned in Sumer. She was all encompassing, sensual as well as powerful. Last night I was inspired and wanted to give thanks to the Goddess in herstory!
