To buy tickets or support us, head to our website on https://www.thedoctorsorchestransw.com.au/ Player: Andrew Kennedy Instrument: Clarinet Field of medicine: Specialist Anaesthetist "I was always enthralled by music, and when my parents bought a piano I couldn’t stop playing it! I finally went to clarinet aged nine. Clarinet is so versatile. It can play incredibly loud or soft on basically every note, which not many instruments can do. The best performance experiences I’ve had include being principal clarinet in the World Doctors Orchestra playing Wagner in the brand new Elbphilharmonie of Hamburg to two completely sold-out houses. After med school, I became a professional clarinetist and composer, while still being an anaesthetist. I’m very happy in critical care medicine, working in a very busy trauma and cancer centre. Working in the operating theatre involves constant teamwork, communication, and flexibility, while still doing very meaningful procedures and giving patients the confidence and care they need at a very vulnerable time."

13.01.2022 Wishing all a Merry Xmas and Happy New Year https://asos.org.au//12/thank-you-for-your-support-in-2018/
