Also, please ensure the bank account number you enter in your payment request through MyGov is correct, as AustralianSuper does not hold any banking details on file. Please ensure the bank account you enter can receive an EFT (direct credit transfer); some accounts can’t receive an EFT such as online savings or home loan account
