02.01.2022 Posted @withregram @full_nelson13 If footmen tire you, what will workhorses do? I’ve been slowly building up my old modest Hilux over the last year. I made the decision to put some more money into it after covid. It seemed/seems to be the sensible thing as we may not be leaving our home anytime soon. Instead of international travel I thought why not explore the wild wacky wastes of Australia? Overland style. I would be lying if I hadn’t thought about trading up for something newer, but sometimes it’s better the devil you know and it’s a fine car. It’s not a very healthy trait to covet others fortunate enough to possess 150k rigs. Especially when this old Hilux worth no more than 15k, can go to the same places albeit slowly (especially up slight inclines).
