You will need to be able and willing to do anything needed: From cleaning floors to getting quote...s from tradies; From meeting removalists at 6am to disassembling shelving; From changing light bulbs to packing boxes; From hanging signage to putting together furniture.... and everything in between. You must have your own tools (incl. drill), your own car/ute/van and a current drivers license. 15.01.2022 Inspo for today! I love Tamasin's story. It really resonates with Golden Age Politics and the concept that politics can be a form of high spiritual service. Tamasin attended the Plant-Powered Women Leadership conference in Sydney in 2018. She travelled interstate to attend. I was touched by that and more profoundly by her subtle yet powerful presence. She was humble despite her achievements and appeared to be there to provide a quiet support for the event. Even though I wa...s super busy on the day with managing the event, her presence there was one of my fondest memories. I'm so glad she has chosen to use all of her wonderful skills and qualities to work in parliament. Thank you Tamasin for doing what you're doing to make the world a kinder place for animals. 15.01.2022 Please share :-) Today is World Day for Animals in Laboratories. Please register below. ... Many of us aren't sure what to say when someone says "If your mum had cancer would you still want to save a rat?" or similar. We have felt a dilemma, having believed that this choice exists. While we know that we don't have a right to harm the animal for any reason, believing that this choice (save animals OR humans) exists renders us unable to answer in a way which would encourage the questioner to be opposed to vivisection. Simply, if humans believe that this choice exists 99% will choose to save the human. Calling them "speciesist" or similar does nothing to help animals. The good news, as many of you now know, is that this choice doesn't exist. Animal experiments do not help humans and in fact delay and prevent medical benefits to humans, delay warnings on harmful products and are a legal, not a scientific device. 13.01.2022 As part of the planning of the launch of the Golden Age Politics book campaign on Kickstarter, I looked for someone who disliked/hated politics who was willing to keep an open mind, read the book and write/record a genuine review. I also wanted to inspire the younger generations with the hopeful messages contained in the book. I approached Renee Buckingham from Sydney Vegan Guide and Melb Vegan Guide for a review. 06.01.2022 Why might someone experience cognitive problems, like brain fog or forgetfulness, on a vegan diet? Veganism is often unfairly blamed for every ailment that we... happen to experience. Its absolutely true that nutrient deficiencies can lead to cognitive problems (B12 deficiency, for example). However, simply being vegan doesnt automatically mean that someone will be nutrient deficient (just as eating flesh and secretions doesnt guarantee protection from deficiencies). In fact, there are many lifestyle factors that significantly impact our brain. And its often surprising just how profoundly they do. Some common ones are: Chronic stress or burnout Insufficient sleep or poor sleep quality Substance use Mental illness like depression or anxiety Certain prescription medications If youre concerned about your cognitive functioning, see your doctor and get some bloodwork done. Make a note of the type of problems youre noticing (forgetfulness, poor concentration, mental fatigue...?) and whether other people have noticed as well. Also note when these problems tend to occur, and in what situations. Do an audit of your diet, sleep habits, physical health, mental health, stress management, social supports, and leisure activities. Were usually only as strong as our weakest link. When you see your doctor for your bloodwork results, take your notes along and have an honest conversation about what might be happening, and what can be done to improve things. Enlist people to help you, if you can, and pay attention - because anything that affects your body will affect your brain too.

As a result of these profitable benefits, careers, titles and institutions are created and maintained. Yet the public regards this cruel fraud as science. Wake them up. The history of cancer research has been a history of curing cancer in the mouse. We have cured mice of cancer for decades, and it simply didnt work in humans.
