18.01.2022 Another picture of our latest Bald Ridge Wagyu beef. A red/black cross out of Kotofuku [DSAFX669] and one of our red Wagyu female breeders [KALFF0145]. This beef has the amazing Wagyu taste and melt in your mouth tenderness. The beef was prepared Japanese tataki style, where the fillet meat is lightly seared, marinated and sliced thinly.
