24.01.2022 Last night the AAYT had it's first committee meeting with the new look team and wow! What a bunch of wonderful, diligent, experienced and knowledgeable beings your association has at the helm! Today we'd like to introduce you to the graceful and gracious Georgina Burston: Georgina was introduced to the techniques and benefits of Dru yoga after attending a workshop by chance. She has since graduated as a Dru yoga and meditation teacher. Most recently she has added Dru Yoga Th...erapy to her service offering, further enhancing her expertise and knowledge. This now gives her an exciting opportunity to empower others through the modality of yoga therapy to connect to and re-establish the natural flow and rhythm of the body; enhancing health and wellbeing. Georgina runs Rhythm of Life Yoga Therapy in beautiful northeast Victoria. When she’s not working with clients in her Benalla studio, you’ll find her on her farm out in nature - meditating or walking by the creek and often doing yoga with her beautiful cattle who she describes as her ‘amazing wise girls’. Please join us in welcoming glorious Georgina to the AAYT committee.
