We are looking for enthusiasti...c young chefs that want to be a part of a group of like-minded individuals. The Australian Culinary Federation Victoria is seeking expressions of interest for the voluntary roles of : Young Chef State Chair ,Co Chair and committee members Mission Statement: Create opportunities, pathways, education and growth for a sustainable culinary future. Share and inspire young chefs with our passion Be a driving force through industry development, social networking and knowledge To provide a STRONG support network for young chefs We are guided by our four pillars, which are Friendship, Education, Cuisine and Culture. Qualifications Member of ACF Willing to work in a team Able to deal with people different nationalities Be passionate about the industry & want to be part of a club with like minded young people Experience Be under the age of 25-28 at completion of two year tenure as state chair. 09.01.2022 For the first time ever the national final of Nestlé Golden Chef's Hat Award will be held tomorrow 10th November in 7 different venues & 6 different time zones ...across Australia & New Zealand. 10 young chefs will be competing to see who will be named the winner of Nestlé Golden Chef's Hat Award. A team of 30 ACF & NZCHEFS judges will oversea the competitions with each competitor having their own dedicated team of 2 judges & in some cases a rookie judge on the floor, they will also be live streamed to a senior judging panel. Thank you to all judges & volunteers who have worked to make tomorrow possible.
