25.01.2022 Like many businesses, COVID restrictions have severely impacted our people at Australia Post, particularly in Victoria. Despite this, we’ve still delivered over 220 million parcels across the country since March this year, breaking all records in our delivery history. We know delays are frustrating and we will continue working hard to get your deliveries where they need to go.... Thank you for your patience.

25.01.2022 To our #Melbourne community under stage 4 restrictions, we want to reassure you that Post Offices will remain open to make sure you have access to all the postal and banking services you need and our posties and drivers are still on the road. However, these restrictions require us to reduce the number of people in our Melbourne distribution facilities, so whilst we’re doing everything possible to get your parcels to you, these changes may result in increased delays. For more information go to https://auspo.st/COVID19Impacts

23.01.2022 Our Post Pride team are proud to support #WearItPurpleday2020. A day dedicated to foster a supportive, #inclusive and empowering environment for all our rainbow staff, and young people. Post Pride will be hosting a day packed full of (virtual) activities all in the name of building a #diverse and #inclusive workplace which encourages better connections within communities

22.01.2022 You may notice when tracking your parcels that these are being processed in and delivered from different locations at the moment. This is to ensure we keep parcels moving through our network as quickly as possible whilst adhering to stage 4 restrictions. Essential services such as medicine are being prioritised to ensure we keep the most vulnerable members of our community safe. Thank you for your patience.

19.01.2022 Kindness knows no bounds during these times. Brenton, who has an intellectual disability, is struggling during lockdown. For his birthday his sister put a call out on social media for people to send him cards. Leanne, the manager of Highbury Post Office has said that 50% of the mail that has arrived since then is for Brenton! Bags of letters, parcels from overseas and a special gift from us at Australia Post. We’d like to #ThankAPostie to Leanne for making Brenton’s birthday a memorable one!
