06.01.2022 A lovely story came in today from Jane to accompany her gran's pikelet recipe. Apparently Jane's gran used to win prizes every year at the CWA show for her pikelets. The test was to tear them perfectly in half without breaking and see if they retained their height and delicious fluffiness! Go Granny!
