Talk about getting the job done - within a couple of days they arranged an installation, I could not believe it! Considering some of the stories I have heard! The installers even cleaned up and took the packaging away, now that doesnt happened too often not these days! When Synergy changed our meter, I rang the office and they had the guys ...back the next day to get the system up and running. Could not believe it! One week turn around! So to any one who is looking at installing a solar system we would highly and definitely recommend AUSTRALIS. They are very professional, courteous, skillful and communicative from the office staff down to the installers. They took time to explain the operation of the system in detail so that we could understand! We even received a follow up call to make sure everything was O.K. and we couldnt believe it when we received a call to say that we were their winners from their last draw.
