25.01.2022 Too Cool for School Having way too much fun in the Out There Sailing Program for teens. Learn some skills without really knowing it in a super fun and teen driven program. You can mix and match with powerboating, sailing paddleboards, windsurfing or sailing a big boat. Heaps of variety and you get to choose so you wont get bored. Courses for Green Fleet and Tackers 2 will be held weekly on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings respectively over two months, concluding at the end of March. Southport Yacht Club, Humpybong Yacht Club and Townsville Sailing Club also made the Top Ten which is a fantastic result! Queensland Clubs also featured in the Top 10 for specific Programs: Darling Point Sailing Squadron was top 10 in Tackers, Cairns Yacht Club were Top 10 in both Tackers and Keelboat, Keppel Bay Sailing Club and Maroochy Sailing Club were top 10 for both Tackers and Dinghy, and Mooloolaba Yacht Club for Keelboat. The Roadmap outlines the staged approach to giving Queenslanders more freedom to travel, participate in more activities and hold more gatherings.
