25.01.2022 Worth reading this latest report on S.Sudan.

22.01.2022 Dear Friends, Thank you for your continued support throughout the year! Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! A day doesn't go by where the team at Ausudan Inc aren't thankful for all the support and donations you have given us.... Your support and donations has made us to achieve a lot in Sindiru Village that's why we want to send you our warmest wishes to enjoy your break over the festive season! We hope that you are spoilt with good company, love and plenty of laughter as you enjoy your holidays before starting up another busy year. We look forward to working with you in 2019 as we look forward to starting the construction of the primary school in Sindiru Village. Kind regards, Ausudan

22.01.2022 So......we are back on the road again and keen to re-inspire people with the project. James and Denis will be there to talk and to answer questions. The night promises to be good fun. We will have a couple of raffles, lots of prizes and anyone who is feeling generous can purchase a goat for $50. Entry is $15, and soft drink, glasses of wine or a bottle of wine can be purchased at the door. Tea and coffee are free. People will be asked to bring a plate to share. To make ...this a great night we need to have 10 14 tables of 8 people. If you cannot find seven other people to come along with you we can match you up with a few other folk but if you can fill a whole table that would be superb. Starts 7.30pm and finishes10.30pm at the latest. Venue is Infant Jesus Church Hall in Morley. We really do hope you can join us and be part of this great effort. Ausudan Inc does not have the benefit of tax exemption, which means that all you donate is from your own savings. We have done wonderfully well over the past five to six years, and it comes down to the willingness of people like yourselves to give not from your surplus, but from the generosity of your heart . That means everything. As anthropologist Margaret Mead said: Never doubt that a small, committed group of citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has. Will you join us and be part of that committed group? It would be very helpful if you can let us know asap if you plan to join us. We would love to see you there. Ausudan.

19.01.2022 Dear Friends, Nine years ago, together we started an improbable journey of building primary school in Sindiru Village. I am glad to report to you all that, the construction of Sindiru Primary school has now started. I was in Sindiru - South Sudan from the 17th December 2019 to the 26th January 2020 to buy the materials for the construction of the school, and to oversee the start of the construction. We expect the construction of the school; eight classrooms, administration block, library and a clinic to be completed between March and April 2020. A warm thank you to you all for your support over the years. We’re almost achieving our dream.

10.01.2022 THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ATTENDED, SUPPORTED, AND DONATED. On Saturday 21st April 2018, the Ausudan Big Quiz Night was held at the Infant Jesus Catholic Church, Morley. Nearly 60 people attended the event and without a doubt, it was one of our best ever. We are truly blessed to be supported by so many people every single year. We simply can’t describe how amazing it is to see all of your faces at the Ausudan Quiz Night and be surrounded by people who are touched by our mission an...d our story. To know that the efforts of all of us are truly having an impact on so many children and families fighting some unimaginable obstacles in Sindiru and the surrounding villages is what continues to motivate us. It was great seeing so many familiar faces who have chosen to attend our Quiz Night every year and it’s equally special to speak to so many new faces who are just learning about our organisation and are spreading messages with us. We are proud to announce that, we raised $2600 plus enough money to buy about 42 goats which is near our target of 50 goats. Each goat will cost $50 Australian dollars. If you couldn’t attend, there is still an opportunity to contribute to the event. Please go to our website at www.ausudan.org and donate. Once again, thank you all who attended, supported and donated. Looking forward to seeing all of you next year. Ausudan Inc.

10.01.2022 Receipt of Donations. To friends and supporters of Ausudan, few days after Ausudan Big Quiz Night, we are very happy to receive a donation of $520 for the goats project and school construction in Sindiru. Hoping that you will continue your benevolent support to our organisation in the future. Thank you too in advance to Nollamara Day Centre for organising fundraising for Ausudan on the 23rd May 2018. We look forward to attending and I believe it will be a fun night.... Thanking you, Ausudan

09.01.2022 We’re delighted to receive a generous donation of $592.70 from St Gerard’s Primary School. Over the years, St Gerard’s Primary School has been an outstanding partner of Ausudan Inc. Without their support, Ausudan wouldn’t have achieved what it has achieved so far. Thank you so much! We look forward to continuing with the good friendship in years to come. Ausudan

09.01.2022 Sindiru’s Women Leader expresses her appreciation for the school, and thank you to the people in Australia for making it possible.

08.01.2022 If we don’t help... we are going to lose this generation and that would be tragic for South Sudan because a country cannot build itself without this next generation of young people.

04.01.2022 Goats Project. I want to whole heartedly extend my sincere gratitude for Nollamara Adult Day Centre ’s generous contribution of 3 goats ($155) to Ausudan Goats Project today 23rd May 2018. On behalf of Ausudan and the people of Sindiru village, I want to thank you for helping us make a positive difference in Sindiru village. 04.01.2022 Starfish Story. A young girl was walking along a beach upon which thousands of starfish had been washed up during a terrible storm. When she came to each starfish, she would pick it up, and throw it back into the ocean. People watched her with amusement. She had been doing this for some time when a man approached her and said, Little girl, why are you doing this? Look at this beach! You can’t save all these starfish. You can’t begin to make a difference!... The girl seemed crushed, suddenly deflated. But after a few moments, she bent down, picked up another starfish, and hurled it as far as she could into the ocean. Then she looked up at the man and replied, Well, I made a difference to that one! The old man looked at the girl inquisitively and thought about what she had done and said. Inspired, he joined the little girl in throwing starfish back into the sea. Soon others joined, and all the starfish were saved. Adapted from The Star Thrower by Loren C. Eiseley
