22.01.2022 Heyyyyy how was everyone's mother's day? I know we're not all mums here but we've all had a mum at some point! I hope you were able to enjoy the day for whatever it means to you xx I was spoilt with a cooked breakfast followed by champagne with my mum and a cuppa with the mother in law before my son bought us all pizza for dinner! I'm so stoopid and didn't get any pics so here's one with my kids from my birthday in January!

21.01.2022 Heyyy Happy Friday Night my beautiful VA peeps!! This morning I attended a really wonderful presentation at my local council Biz Week event. (I was lucky enough to be seated on the main table woot - there I am in the pic - front right haha). Anyhoo the presentation was all around confidence and being confident in your own space and it was powerful and enlightening and I've thought about it all day.... And you know what? I realised that I've been hiding behind my own fear. Fear of being wrong. Fear of being judged. Fear of what people think of me! I know I'm open and honest (cos you guys have mentioned it) but I also know that I still hold back. I don't give you the warts and all Chris Crowe. I reckon I need to do this more. The bad stuff. The good stuff. The friggin amazing stuff. The every day stuff. I'm complicated and yet simple at the same time. I am the original eternal optimist and can ALWAYS find light in the darkness. I love life, even when it's shitty and hard. I can find the good in everyone and everything. I HONESTLY believe that everything happens for a reason and that everyone is capable of achieving what their hearts want. So get ready for the new and improved AVACOE. Get ready for the raw, honest Chris Crowe. Because I'm going to face up to my purpose in life which is to help anyone who wants and needs my help to live their best life... especially in the VA space. There is SO MUCH potential in this industry. We can make GREAT money doing this as a job. We can be with our kids. We can serve and help our clients grow their businesses. We CAN have it all! Stay tuned folks and enjoy your weekend.... I'm so inspired, excited and ready to serve you and help your dreams come true! No more holding back...
