25.01.2022 Don't get burnt by a visa scam Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) and Visitor visa holders dont have any work rights. If someone says you can work on an ETA o...r a visitor visa, this is false. In order to protect yourself from visa scams, you should only deal with official Australian Government channels such as our departmental website. If you are aware of, or suspect a scam in relation to Australian visas and working in Australia, please report this to Australia's Border Watch. 05.01.2022 If you are a private landholder who has, or thinks they have Sloanes Froglets on their property, wed love to hear from you. You could download the FrogID app ...and do a recording or email [email protected] and one of our members could do a recording on your behalf. Wed love to be able to protect these critters for future generations and will look at future grant opportunities to work with willing private landholders. Some great footage taken by David Hunter from Office of Environment and Heritage of a sloanes froglet calling. It is coming to the end of Sloane's breeding season, which means the froglets will stop calling soon, we therefore are encouraging all Sloanes champions to get out and do a few more recordings now.
