20.01.2022 Containers for Change - UNPAID Bag Drop Hi all, perhaps someone can assist here: Bag Drop 20.11.2020 later afternoon (around 4pm) - a lovely lady came through our Container Refund Point and dropped of bags with a Scheme ID. If this was you and you have not received your refund yet, please call us on 4069 5290 as there was an issue with the Scheme ID and we are still holding your refund as we cannot process the transaction.... Vehicle was a white dual cab vehicle - Queensland Government. Unfortunately I did not know the person so if anyone can assist please let me know. Thanks for your help, we just want to make sure the money can be passed on to its owner soon

However, help is under way: Auswaste has just purchased a new trailer to be able to carry more volume of containers each trip (see attached picture).
