25.01.2022 Thanks for your support while we've been in the UK. We're looking forward to coming home and making sure we're ready to bounce back in some massive tournaments coming up... Next stop Tokyo, for next month's 2020 test event. Bring it on!

25.01.2022 Our physical strength is powered by our mental strength it's what gives us an edge. We're openly working on building a culture in our team of openly encouraging conversations about how we're feeling. It should never be a taboo to reach out and open up, that's why we're partnering with Allianz Australia to share our journey and show why it's ok to open up. #readysettokyo Australian Paralympic Team

25.01.2022 Day 1 of 2020 Quad Nations is in the books. We ended up going down by 12 to both teams, however we achieved the goal we set out to do and got plenty of time into all of our players and lineups. Good to get back into competitive matches for the first time since October and tomorrow we look to improve again. Thanks to everyone for your support. 19.01.2022 ICYMI: Before his decorated career spanning 61 appearances for the Steelers and more than 190 matches as our assistant coach, Greg Smith was one of Australia's best wheelchair racers... 'Smithy' starred at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics, winning three gold medals, but his success was a long-time coming. Australian Paralympic Team

12.01.2022 Unfortunately we finished the semi-final today with a loss to GB 61-53. The tournament has been a valuable learning experience for our own game, as well as a great opportunity to gain insights into our opponents before Paralympics. Our focus now turns to the Paralympics test event, which is in Tokyo in a few weeks time. As always, thanks for everyone's support. Full story here: http://bit.ly/Steelers_QuadNationsSF

07.01.2022 We have finished day 2 of the 2020 Quad Nations. We lost the first match to USA by 6 but we were really pleased with how the team played and responded to the previous day. Our second match of the day against GB was a thriller, with us the eventual winners by 1 in over-time. Another great day of learning and getting valuable match experience into all of our lineups. Thanks again for everyone's support. Read our Day 2 wrap here: http://bit.ly/Steelers_QuadNationsD2

01.01.2022 When we were told the Paralympics were being postponed, we had to work as a team to completely change our mindset and prepare for a new countdown. As a team, we've spent a lot of time focusing on getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Being vulnerable with each other and creating a safe space to speak up means we can be mentally and physically stronger in the important moments. We're proud to partner with Allianz as part of a new campaign to celebrate athletes' mental strength, just as much as physical strength. #readysettokyo Australian Paralympic Team

01.01.2022 A massive congratulations goes out to our captain Ryley Batt, for being named co-captain alongside Danni Di Toro, of the 2020 Australian Paralympic Team. We know he will do a great job in the role!
