09.01.2022 We get asked a lot about our setups, what you do about toilet? what about showers?,keeping up power? We run 120 w solar panel, 100AH agm battery,I also run Anderson plug. We have 40 l fridge and I run a CPAP machine all night. No problems at all. One pop up en-suite is our toilet with porta-Porti and the other pop up en-suite is our shower, on this occasion I was testing the new acquacube hot water on demand shower, not bad at all.

04.01.2022 Today the Mayor of Hawkesbury, Patrick Conolly visited Frank, the owner of the Teardrop Camper Company. Frank told us about the huge increase he has seen in bus...iness since COVID began, with clients not only in the Hawkesbury but right across Australia buying the caravans he manufactures at his South Windsor premises. The Teardrop Camper Company is a great local manufacturing business working with many local suppliers helping to support Hawkesbury’s growing tourist industry.

04.01.2022 CORONAVIRUS. With popularity of Teardrop Campers and number of "unknown people" visiting touching your camper - care must be taken, wipe down handles and (touchy surfaces) regularly with anti bacterial wipes. - if anyone catches this nasty virus the procedure for your Teardrop is as follows: 1. remove all linen including mattress cover and wash in hot water with laundry detergent, and preferable dry in sun. 2. wipe internal walls, ceilings, floors cupboards, remote controls ...if you have any etc etc including handles on the outside with anti bacterial wipes. 3. leave every thing open in sun in well ventilated area to dry.
