04.01.2022 Kickboxing is a very unscientific art where the aim of the game is stand toe to toe with your opponent until somebody drops. Apart from being the dumbest and most dangerous self defence for women or children it is certainly debilitating on the body and brain health. 1 child every month dies in Thailand from kickboxing as the Thai government look to ban it for children.
