09.01.2022 In order to make any type of CHANGE, you need to be both Ready and Willing. You cannot make any change happen if you are ready but not willing to face all the challenges, setbacks and fears. Nor can you make any change successfully if you are willing but not ready to do the hard work. You have to have both components in order for any change to happen and work. It doesn’t mean having both components will make change easier or faster but it will make you more determine, resi...lient and discipline to do the hard work it requires to make the change you want to happen. I know in my own experience that when I am both ready and willing, that’s when I was able to develop the unwavering determination, discipline and constant motivation which then help me to lower my guard down and let go any resistance so my heart and my mind can be fully open and free to learn, grow, receive, accept and transform. So if you are currently making any sort of change in any part of your life or with yourself and nothing seem to work or happening properly, maybe it’s because you are missing one of the components? So then it is time to ask yourself the tough question of which component is missing?
