This is a 7 session program The course covers 1- regulation 2-awareness & noticing 3-Boundaries, know your yes & no 4- Healthy Relationships 5- Kind/helpful thoughts/thinking & talking 6- Feelings as natural 7- Facing life’s Challenges I will cater for a range of demographics with age appropriate activities. 12 yo and under 13-17yo 18+ general 18+ addiction & Recovery I operate group and individual private sessions. 7 week group course will be $500 7 week private course will be $700 Courses to start mid February please contact me to express your interest. Please note this is equine assisted learning, not horse riding lessons.

11.01.2022 A glimpse into my mind, this is our new feral kitten, we are now on day 5 and handling him is getting easier. He is starting to explore a little but becomes overwhelmed quite easily, he will then retreat to his pillow fort, regain his composure and a little confidence then venture out again explore to the point of his own limits and then retreat once again to the comfort of his wee fort. I love watching this process his exploration of boundaries and personal tolerance, he t...hen retreats when needed to regulate his feelings then tries again. We all have our own different types of pillow forts, I personally find comfort in delicious food, horses and close friends. Some people use substances, gambling, frivolous spending, some regulation techniques are more socially acceptable then others but they all serve the same purpose..... what are some of yours? What’s your pillow fort?
