25.01.2022 B E A U T Y F O O D Busy in the kitchen this morning mixing up my favourite beauty food. My Quinola (GF Granola) is jam pack with natural goodness. Quinoa, Chia Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Puffed Millet, Pepitas all mixed in with a serious dash of cinnamon, honey & coconut oil.... The mix of plant based nutrients deliver a wide range of vitamins & minerals including Zinc. Zinc is essential for our skin, it helps in cell rejuvenate, creates healthy cell membranes, helps make collagen & speeds up wound healing. I usually make up a batch of this when I head off for a weekend with the Girls. I figured it helps balance out all the wine & cheese.
