20.01.2022 How confident do you feel right now ?.. When you walk is your head held high, do you feel like you can conquer the world and can others see the light radiating out of you ?.... The most profound gift you can give yourself is confidence , It is also something that cannot be faked or may not come naturally to you . However you can create a space for you to build on your confidence .Letting go of self limiting beliefs and as they diminish be empowered by your own uncondition...al confidence ! 18.01.2022 This morning I sat quietly before I tied up my sneakers and raced out the door to the gym , before I sat in traffic on my way to work & before I entered the office to join my noisy co-workers for a another day of endless tasks. As I sat quietly i thought about how lucky I was to be able to exercise, how strong and resilient by body had become. As I passed queues of people standing in the rain waiting for the bus I appreciated my car and the fact that I didn’t have to trave...l on a bus to commuted to work as I am fortunate enough to work locally . Feeling a huge wave of gratitude arise I decided that today I would find all the reasons to appreciate the good things in my life, big or small. When we focus on the positive it’s amazing the shift in your energetic field, amazing things start to happen & the simplest things like your everyday morning can seem like a miracle. For today my gift to you is gratitude, look around you and see, hear and feel all the things that you are grateful in your life
12.01.2022 The power of meditation Sometimes daydream about escaping from here, to a faraway place, Surrounded by tree-lined hills & the sky & they roll into one where you cannot see where one begins and the other ends. I want to be far away from all this BS .. from the social standards & the judging eyes. I want to walk barefoot, I want to lay on the grass and look into the abyss of the world and not feel swallowed up. I want to feel supported by the ground I walk upon feeling... its energetic field filling me with light, I want to roam free with the animals, I want to ride bareback on my beautiful horse and feel the wind upon my face as I canter along the river flats. For moments when close my eyes, I can feel the sun touching my skin & I can transport myself to this magical place. 06.01.2022 Think about this for a minute, how many Authentic relationships do u REALLY have?... When I mean Authentic I mean I true essence of you, not the cloaked version that you refer to portray, nor the version you that your parents wanted to see you become, or the version that your friends approve of I’m talking about the raw uncut version of you. When I was asked this question a little while back I was actually very surprised that even the closest relationships I have are not as... authentic as I would have thought. Sure I can be my playful , uncensored self , sure I don’t need to wear makeup or brush my hair sure I show them my flaws , they have seen it all - the tears , the triumphs & the train wreck’s . But there is always something I have held back, something I’ve reserved. I wasn’t always as honest as I should have been , I was afraid to be me . Only those whom are the very closest are the ones can see right through me and love me in return. That ultimate unconditional love .That one human condition without it life would seem so impossible. It’s this love, this authentic relationship that makes it all worthwhile. Looking at someone and not just seeing them but feeling them which is the most profound form of communication. It’s not easy to be authentic it’s a lot harder than hiding behind that suit or freshly curled hair that bounces with your step . As we go about life in today's transient word it is few & far between that we connect authentically & even more serendipitous when we form an authentic relationship Be the change you want to see .
