08.01.2022 "Sometimes you can have more than 1 feeling in the same situation" like this week... I am happy and sad at the same time. I am happy this week, as I am officially launching 'www.theemotionsclinic.com.au!' - a specialist clinic in Autism, Intellectual Disability and Child & Adolescent Mental Health in South-West Sydney. I am also very happy to have a wonderful team who share the same values for excellence, evidence-based practice and making a difference to be part of an i...ntensive Clinical Psychology registrar training experience in autism! I am also sad at the same time - because today is my last day as Lecturer in Clinical Psychology (Child & Adolescent) at Western Sydney University. I am grateful for the experience, skills learnt and opportunities. I have particularly loved teaching more than 300 future psychologists and clinical psychologists in Child Psychology and Autism over the past 3 years! I will miss you.. And... back to happy as I look forward to expanding my training and clinical supervision in autism and mental health across Australia! . . . . .
