23.01.2022 We just finished a 2 stage paint correction on this beautiful Ferrari which belongs to one of our repeat customers, this vehicle was in much need of deep paint rejuvenation. Sealed off & protected with a tri-titanium ceramic coating layer adding immense gloss & shielding against light scratches, sun damage , fading & oxidisation for up to 7+ years.

13.01.2022 1) There is no difference in paint damage between a contact automated car wash & your usual hand wash car wash caffe. They operate on lean systems, same old microfibre wash mitts, old leather chamois, or microfibre chamois which are just as useless as they are only as good for as long as their MF matrix remains clean and intact, when you’re doing cars on mass, you may as well wash your car with sandpaper as both the microfibre wash mitt & drying towel are laden with dirt, san...d & other contaminants from each car, as that’s what they are designed to do, trap contaminants. 2) There is no such thing as a $250 machine polish unless you want $1300 worth of damage once their $15.00 masking agents wash off after a few week 3) You are better off using a laser wash, or for a more thorough wash, contact a dedicated professional detailer, they usually only charge $15 to $20 more then most hand wash cafes for a basic car wash.

13.01.2022 We always like it when a customer is mesmerised - Everything from paint, badges, to brake calipers were cleaned, polished, restored & coated . Before/After pics included to provide you with an idea of the level of wear & damage this paint had due to a poor quality attempt at machine polishing which the previous owners had organised. These stickier/softer paints are not as straight forward as many presume, things go south fast.

10.01.2022 When trying to understand the significance of multi step paint corrections it’s good to have a visual example to see. This older Porsche came in for our ceramic coating. This car has been professionally waxed yearly but as you can see over time even the wax leaves surface slightly scarred and swirled in picture 1. In picture 2 paint surfaces have been fully corrected and ready to go. It’s super important to undergo true multi step corrections!

09.01.2022 Coming along nicely - with all its complexities- Holden really outdone themselves on this softer stickier paint composition used on the later model HSVs... anything other than slow & delicate movements produces a half pregnant result, even a humidity change between 3 to 5% will also start to effect result. Most cars have about 50 microns of clear coat, can’t picture it? put the plastic wrapper around a cigarette packet between your finger nails, or, get a piece of plastic c...ling wrap, and slice it through the middle, then slice it again. That’s how much clear coat is on top of your paint. The top 10% to 15% of that clear coat is what contains most of its anti UV energy & heat shielding protection. When looking to get a car polished, corrected or buffed, only use trained & reputable professionals. - clear coat failure is around the 3-5k mark In the image featured below Severe marring, Holograms, Swirl Scratches- a perfect example of why you should never get your vehicle polished at shopping centre car washes, or the cafe car wash facilities, poor skill sets, in many instances the incorrect equipment, poor quality solutions & chemicals, and a volume based business model means the process at these places can be equated to a caveman with a wool pad covered angle grinder and bottle of masking agents to conceal damage. 06.01.2022 Would like to remind customers or others that you must never use acidic or hydrocarbon based cleaners on cars which use ceramic breaks. Soap & water, nothing else, least you get a 10k repair bill.
