Absolute professionalism, no BS, and instead of just doing the job, he explained what was happening, why it was happening and showed me the inner workings of the engine and how the different computers interact with each other. He even came out free of charge to do an assessment. Found a part that is 13 times cheaper than advertised saving me literally 100's of dollars. I recommend Auto Lock 100%."
