23.01.2022 Premiair Automation and Controls is excited to announce we have been awarded our next project, this fantastic opportunity will consist of a brand new Bunnings and Mercure Hotel Construction has already begun on the $170million, two-staged project of a Bunnings Warehouse and Mercure Hotel in Doncaster. This Bunnings will be unique because on top will be a luxury 183-room, six-floor Mercure hotel, complete with a restaurant, rooftop pool and fitness centre.... It will span more than 11,000 square metres including two levels of basement parking with 335 spaces, a playground, cafe and click and collect services. 14.01.2022 Premiair Automation and Controls welcome yet another project to our list and are very excited to deliver another fantastic state of the art building. The $40million Latrobe Creative Precinct will see a state-of-the-art performing arts centre constructed on land adjacent to the Traralgon Service Centre and Library. The community has grown to a point where the existing Little Theatre facilities are limiting the capability to support major productions and as a consequence cannot... compete with other major regional theatres in Victoria. The new 750 seat theatre will increase the variety of programs in touring shows meaning there will be more of them and better choice. The new precinct will include the following: * A 750 seat theatre within a new performing arts centre; * Multipurpose/Meeting rooms; * An indoor/outdoor caf; and * Two open air event spaces, one of which is an amphitheatre Once completed, patrons will be able to see a show in a new theatre with excellent facilities, hire the new performance and meeting spaces and attend outdoor events in the Precincts external event spaces. #bms #hvac #mechanicalelectrical #controls #engineering #construction #projects #airconditioning #tridium #n4 #efficiency #switchboards #greenstarbuildings #woolworths #workgoals #industryleaders See more
