We are an independently owned family dealership based in Dandenong currently stocking 200+ vehicles o...n one huge site surrounded by franchised dealerships. Due to a major restructure and unprecedented inquiry (on average we receive 27 inquiries per day) on our vehicles we need someone with experience, influence, creative flair, someone who can build relationships and close the deal. Our clientele is from all over Victoria with at least 50% of our sales coming from outside ring of steel, so a strong phone and social media skill set will be advantageous. On offer * Above award Retainer Negotiable commensurate with experience * Great Commissions * Monthly Bonus structure * Car and Fuel provided for salesperson. We work a 5 day roster including weekends with a RDO during the week. Simply put, if you can sell 15 cars per month you will earn in excess of $100k p.a.
