24.01.2022 TELEHEALTH PHONE CONSULTS - POST BILLING As well as the Prepaid Billing option for TeleHealth Phone (Audio Only) Consults, AutoMed Systems can now accommodate a Post Bill Option for clinics. Practices can choose either option for their Privately Billed Phone consults.... The Patient will book an appointment and pre-authorise their card. Post consultation the Doctor will enter the items and submit to allow the payment to be processed. The patient’s card will be billed, and a receipt emailed to the patient. The New Patient Registration URL feature will trigger and send a message containing a once off URL to a New Patients mobile.... The system will pick up from Best Practice or Pracsoft as soon as a New Patient is created to trigger an SMS. The message will allow the patient to complete the New Patient Registration form on their mobile which will then be uploaded to the Clinics Practice Management Software. Additionally, the feature can also be linked to AutoMed’s Online Appointments via a New Patient Appointment type.
