After, 24 nights, 5,800kms on the road and 37 appointments including demos, dealer drop ins, handovers, OT presentations and follow up demos, Shane, our QLD consultant is putting his feet up after his epic Northern Queensland tour! Needless to say it wasn't all work, here's a quick recap of highlights:... "From the pristine coastal sands and crystal clear waters to the mountainous rainforests and the desert landscape of the Gemfields, I experienced it all. I saw countless species of birds from swallows that had a nest on the river cruise boat I took in Kuranda on the Barron River, migratory birds, birds of prey gliding on invisible air currents seeking and plenty of signs saying 'beware cassowaries cross here'. I saw two freshwater crocs on the Barron river, wallabies, kangaroos galore, the odd echidna, a huge specimen of a feral pig, snakes basking on the hot bitumen and many a lizard warming their blood."
