19.01.2022 "Thank you Tom & Helen for your heartfelt testimonial and allowing us to share with friends of AFS." It was a pleasure doing business when purchasing a new car recently with both Mike Mella and Ashleigh Mella of ShopRite & Automotive Fleet Services. In a process that reminded me of tag team wrestling matches of the old days they dove tailed their assistance to make sure the process was smooth. In basic language, the parts of the process can be explained as; narrow down the c...ar range, check cars out both on the internet and in real life, make a decision, sell our car, organise finances and make a purchase. Mike was most helpful in setting up a test drive at dealerships and also in giving advice on finer points of each car. Ashleigh was also helpful with the admin point of view and keeping finance paperwork flowing so we didnt have any unforeseen issues. We were most impressed not to have pressure salesmen at any of the dealerships we visited that were arranged through AFS. We have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective buyers.
