22.01.2022 AHG’s WA new car dealerships have recognised their best-performing business managers and aftercare specialists. Sponsored by AHG’s valued business partners, the 2018-19 Business Manager and Aftercare Manager of the Year Awards were held at The Bells Function Centre on Friday night to celebrate and acknowledge the success of the last financial year. Hollie Wise from Westpoint Star was awarded Aftercare Manager of the Year and Marc Navias from Grand Toyota Clarkson was awarded ...Business Manager of the Year. The Awards were judged against key performance criteria in each category to determine the overall Manager of the Year. All finalists were acknowledged on the night and were congratulated for their success in 2018-19.

20.01.2022 AHG’s Newcastle and Coffs Harbour Iveco dealerships have taken out the manufacturer’s top awards for performance over the 2018 calendar year. Newcastle Iveco won the national award for Metropolitan Dealer of the Year, while the Coffs Harbour branch was named Regional Dealer of the Year. Dealer principal Alex Reynolds and members of his teams collected their trophies at a dinner on the Gold Coast last night.... Having only taken over the businesses in April this year I want to pay tribute to all of the staff and make particular mention of former dealer principal Kevin Purcell who moved to AHG’s Daimler Trucks Laverton dealership but who led the performance throughout 2018, said Alex. Kevin penned an email to his former team members early today to congratulate them. You all should be so proud of yourselves, this was an awesome achievement, wrote Kevin. To be acknowledged as the best by IVECO at both dealerships in the same year speaks volumes about your dedication and effort. Remember, DOTY is not only about sales volume, it is recognition by the manufacturer of your team effort across the entire business, he wrote. Well done and thank you. I do miss you guys!

14.01.2022 Three of AHG’s Nissan dealerships have been recognised with Dealer Excellence awards for the Japanese financial year to the end of March 2019. Sydney dealership Castle Hill Nissan and Perth dealerships Northside Nissan and Clarkson Nissan were named this week by the manufacturer in the top tier of achievement across Australia. Nissan says the awards honour dealers who have demonstrated sustained excellence across all aspects their operations. The awards are judged across sale...s, service, parts, F&I, customer experience and customer retention. For Castle Hill Nissan dealer principal James Staveley it’s the third time in five years his team has reached the top level of manufacturer recognition. Credit to the whole dealership team in demanding excellence in all areas particularly customer satisfaction, in which Castle Hill Nissan consistently ranks amongst the top dealers in the country, said James. For all of us as leaders, we acknowledge these awards are for our entire teams, recognising the hard work and effort from every person and every area of our businesses. Northside Nissan dealer principal Sharred Weller and Clarkson Nissan general manager Jarrad Rose echoed the sentiment, both praising their teams for their consistent efforts and commitment to excellence.
