22.01.2022 Another nail in the coffin for small business smash repairers with Youi now charging an additional premium if you want to have "Choice of Repairer", the new PDS... came out on 1 February 2019. My reading is you will only get the Guarantee if you allow Youi to choose the repairer. This insurer has Network repairers who are allowed to charge a labour rate of $62.70 in NSW, the Expert Determination found a rate of $110 per hour was fair and reasonable. See more
