16.01.2022 This is a smart little double storey new build we did the working drawings for a long term loyal builder client in Drouin. It is a really tight block, only 270m2, but don't be fooled by its size. With clever design, this home has 3 good sized bedrooms, a double garage and spacious living areas. The orientation of this block is far from ideal, with north to the front, but I think the large master bedroom at the front of the upstairs will be one of the most cosy bedrooms in winter with the sun flooding in through those windows. It is currently listed for sale, so anyone looking for an investment or gorgeous new home ready to live in, be quick to have a look!

08.01.2022 We are getting to the end of this long journey. Now it is just the countdown until moving in day which we are thrilled about! We haven't had the opportunity t...o take as many photos as the finishing touches are being made inside the house, but need to share some exciting news - this year we are taking part in Sustainable House Day! For anyone who doesn't know, Sustainable House Day is held annually in September, it is an opportunity for everyone to visit some of Australia's most sustainable homes. As a family, we have attended the last few years and have always come away from every visit with new ideas, more knowledge and sometimes new friends! It is an amazing opportunity to converse with like-minded people and pick the brains of experts! This year (like the whole year in general!) Sustainable House Day looks very different; becoming a virtual event which opens up extra opportunities for anyone attending to visit not just your local homes but homes all over Australia.
