24.01.2022 Unlike other years there have been so many things happened over 2020. when we think about the things we appreciate, we think of our valued customers and staffs with Avalon of Woodside. Also we all have been so impressed with our neighbors and friends overcoming these unpredictable days. We'd like to tell your our closure schedule for holidays. We will be closed for Christmas and New Year Holidays from 24 December to 1 January 2021. We will be back on 2nd January. ... Thank you so much! Merry Christmas!! and Happy New Year!!

21.01.2022 In the unpredictable situation of the corona virus, we'd like to proudly share the love that my neighbor gave us today. Botanic Poetry (www.botanicpoetry.com.au) gave us toilet paper and so beautiful flowers today. We were so impressed by the neighbor's heart that was so beautiful like the flowers they gave. Their sharing makes us tackle the rise in panic on corrona virus. Like the love given by the Botanic Poetry, we'll also find things we can do for our neighbors. Thank you again.

20.01.2022 There is not many toilet paper rolls left in our cafe. There is no toilet paper in the supermarket recently. The thing that is really scary doesn't seem to be the coronavirus. Isn't it a "selfish virus" in someone's mind and a "disease" in the mind that has lost care of other people? I am still thinking about the bushfire just happened a couple of months ago in here. I miss the warmth of our neighbors who sacrificed for us and served each other. Again, thanks to our neighbors in Woodside who came to us while worrying about the small business in the local area.

16.01.2022 Avalon's brewing time for espresso coffee is about 30 second by generating up to 15 atmospheres of pressure to the water through the coffee comes out is a dark brown, slightly thick liquid with some amount of crema. Our own roasted coffee beans with dark black brown colours are sweeter, more savory and light brown beans retain more sourness and sweetness than bitterness.
