23.01.2022 Avalon Swim is back! Classes start Monday 17th August for a short 6 week term. Squads and learn to swim, kids only for now. Adult privates available during school hours. Open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays only.

04.01.2022 Aqua aerobics is a fun way to exercise using the water for resistance giving an aerobic and core stability workout. If you are recovering from an injury or ‘feeling your age’ this could be perfect for you. Try the light class Tuesday and Thursday 1.45-2.30. For something harder try the 2.30-3.15 class and still make it to Av Public for school pick up.
