We thought we would take the time to address a situation that has caught the eyes of many company’s in our trade. Over the past 6 months 35% of jobs have been re caulk/ re waterproof jobs due to incorrect/ not meeting Australian standards specifications.... Waterproofing and caulking isn’t something you should look to save a dollar on as it always cost you more in the long run.
