24.01.2022 OMG. We have been soooo busy I seem to have forgotten to post some pics to keep you all updated on whats happening at Avanse. So an updating we will go... Thanks to Chris, Paulette, Tish and Wade for choosing us to renovate their laundry. It was a bit of a design challenge as Im sure Tish will attest to but we got there in the end.

20.01.2022 Busy few weeks at Avanse. Here are a few pictures of a kitchen we just finished in Rowville.

20.01.2022 Updated a small toilet room. lowered the ceiling and replastered. tiled the walls. New was hand basin and toilet suite. Came up a treat and homeowner very happy. Thanks Xinia it was a pleasure working for u.

20.01.2022 Spent the last couple of weeks in Chirnside Park working for Jane and Keith. Project was a complete renovation of their ensuite. 20.01.2022 Hello friends. I just wanted to say thanks for your continued support and hope that everyone is keeping well. Like a lot of people we have been shut down for 3 months this year to comply with the governments covid restrictions. We're happy to be doing our part for the community so no big drama. This post is just to let you all know we are still alive and kicking.I just thought it would be nice to say gidday to all our followers because it a nice thing to do and because I hav...e'nt posted anything for a while. I reckon we're going to be pretty busy when the restrictions are lifted but at least we have a job to go back to. Not every one can say that I guess. So keep smiling everyone, we'll get through this and hopefully be making memories with our friends and family real soon. Best wishes and regards Des..

20.01.2022 Wow what a busy couple of weeks we have had. For something a little different we undertook the rebuild of an older style patio and decking area. What an amazing transformation. I must admit I'm very proud of the result and the client is absolutely blown away. The word spectacular was used at handover. That equals one very happy renovator.... 19.01.2022 Just for something a little different ill post some photos of a complete bathroom build. Progress photos include after demolition. Plumbing and electrical works done.... New shower base and bath tub installed Plastering completed. Waterproofing process completed. stay tuned for the finished project.

16.01.2022 Spent the last 2 weeks renovating a bathroom in Wheelers Hill. Tell me what you think.

13.01.2022 This week we undertook the rebuild of a very tired old 70s style ensuite. Added an additional toilet which the home owner desparately wanted. And welcomed a new team member. Mr Lockie George. Lockie is very keen and eager to learn so stay tuned for great things in the future from Lockie.

12.01.2022 Catchup time. Thanks to Maryanne and David for choosing us to repair their shower recess. Very old and tired so had to pull up the floor and remove the old polymarble base. Did a level entry tiled base,new wall tiles and shower screen. Came up well for a facelift.

12.01.2022 Just finished this ensuite in Rowville. Removed old leaking polymarble base and did a level entry walk in shower recess. Installed 2 recessed mirrorred cabinets and did a facelift to the existing vanity. New stone top, bowls and flick mixers.... New handles are on order and will be installed this week.

11.01.2022 Shower rebuild finished in Dingley this week for Carol and Rod. Thanks for choosing us to repair your leaking shower, we had fun.

03.01.2022 Just for something different we took on the rebuild of a balcony on a home in brighton. Rot had set in and the right hand side had pretty much collapsed. 4 weeks of hard work and the balcony is back to new condition. Painters will start in the next couple of weeks to do a full colour change to the outside of the home Ill post some photos of the completely finished project once the painters have finished but in the meantime here a few progress photos.

01.01.2022 Just finished a shower rebuild in Rowville for a beautiful young couple who had a shonky builder do their renovation, resulting in their shower leaking. We pulled it all out and had to rebuild the whole thing as the workmanship was sub standard. All good now
