23.01.2022 Please wear your face covering when interacting with our staff. The official ruling is that you SHOULD wear a face covering when you lower your window. We are doing our best to help keep you safe, we ask that the courtesy is returned so that we can remain open and COVID free. If you are in your car, we request that you cover your face. If you are walking up, you MUST have a face covering. ... Sadly, after many incidents of late, we must also reiterate a zero tolerance to aggressive behaviour policy. This is both towards our staff and to other customers. We are all doing our best during this difficult time and it does not need to be made more difficult by bad behaviour. Understand that some people may have reasons for not wearing a face covering and it is not up to other customers to question those reasons. Thank you on behalf of all Avanti Staff. It didn’t take long for us to realise the customers in Lara are like no others- in the best way possible! In the last 6 years we have been along for the ride for many baby’s (because you can’t hide that from your barista ), marriages, job changes and many many dogs! Our customers are what make coming to work at 5am even when it’s freezing cold and raining, worth it!
