16.01.2022 Almonds ready to hull. This variety is called Non parel and is a hard shell (needs a nut cracker). It is often called the "Wedding cake" almond as it is the almond most used in marzipan. They a firm, crunchy nut and taste superb! Order some today before they sell out.

03.01.2022 And what happens to the husks we seperate from the almonds? We feed them to our lucky sheep of course! Nothing goes to waste and the lamb produced is tender and tasty. Love life on the farm!
