If anyone is available on a Friday (13th,20th,27th Nov and 4th Dec) from 12 noon - 1.30pm please let me know. Every volunteer gets 1 free Icecream for them or their child. 19.01.2022 The Aveley PS Canteen is trying its best to go as cashless as possible. We understand the need for this as everyone is reluctant to use cash at this time. Cash lunch orders will be accepted please use correct change but where you can please use flexischools at flexischools.com.au. Recess is now available to order via flexischools with or without a lunch order. Please tell your children they will need to collect recess from the canteen between 10.45am - 11am. Thanks for your patience.

19.01.2022 Welcome back parents and students. The canteen will be open this Wednesday 10th February. We will be open Wednesday and Friday from 9am - 2pm. (Kindy children to order on Friday only please) Please order through Flexischools.com.au, all orders need to be placed by 9am. Register if your child is new to ordering and for those who have ordered before you will be prompted to change your child’s class. ... 18.01.2022 Hi Aveley Parents. Just a reminder, when ordering with cash to please follow the menu and exact money if possible. It’s hard to give change with minimal cash being used. Hotdogs and Taco’s are NOT available on Friday.

16.01.2022 Hi Everyone, This is the last week the canteen will be open for the year and for that reason our stocks may get low. We have tried our best to keep most items on the menu but sorry for any inconvenience. We will be closed at 2pm on Friday 11th December and we will return back Friday 5th February 2021. Thanks everyone for all your support over the last year and a big thanks to all our volunteers we could not run the canteen without you.... Enjoy the school holidays and we will see most of you next year. Thanks Helen and Kim.

05.01.2022 Exciting changes to our canteen start tomorrow with our new ice creams. Order on flexischools or by cash (pre order by 9am in the P&C box) Moosies are frozen flavoured milk (chocolate, strawberry or banana) Quelch icy tubes are 99% fruit juice icy poles (apple berry flavours)... Froyo’s and Scooby Doo Icecreams are no longer available. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for you support.

02.01.2022 AVELEY PARENTS WE NEED YOUR HELP. To help the school with their war on waste the canteen is trying to go as waste free as we can. Tomorrow is the launch of washable bowls and cutlery. If your child orders Nachos, Salad bowls, Chicken finger or nuggets, hash brown and salad, any pastas and Vanilla ice creams or Froyo’s they will be given a bowl or cutlery. Can you please reminder them to return these items to the canteen (there is a white bucket). For Kindy and Pre primary students pop their items back into their class bag and we will collect them after lunch. Thanks for your support. Helen and Laura

02.01.2022 Hi Aveley Parents, we’ve been noticing that not all ice creams sold are being collected. If you order for your children can you remind them they need to come to the canteen with their lunch bag after eating to receive their ice cream. (They don’t get sent to class as they would melt). Thanks
