23.01.2022 We have donated two auction lots to the NSW Yard Dog Association Charity Auction to be held with AuctionsPlus from the 17th - 19th of January. The proceeds will purchase feed for stock affected in the bushfires. Check out our listings below and we will also be posting a short clip of Avenpart Byronn working sheep. We are honoured to be a part of such a great cause and to be able to help out where it is muchly needed

21.01.2022 Side sampling done for the 2020 Sale Rams. Across the Poll ram flock, they averaged a FD of 21.5, SD of 3.4 and CF of 98.5. Across the Horn ram flock, they averaged a FD of 20.5, SD of 3.3 and CF of 98.9.

09.01.2022 To help cater for our clients needs and reduce travelling, we have decided to add a 'Mini Auction' of 24 rams to our 42nd Annual Ram Sale. This should allow clients to purchase all their rams in the one journey. Also on offer the following week are 120 Flock Grade rams. The 24 rams will be offered in pens of 3, under a "double hammer" arrangement. Pictures include full catalogue.

04.01.2022 Cataloguing of auction rams is done for another year! Here’s a video of the potential top 16 Poll rams coming up the race ready for selection. Going under the hammer, we have 96 Poll and Horn rams to be auctioned singly and 24 Poll and Horn rams to be sold in pens of 3. In accordance with an exemption granted by the NSW Minister for Health on August 16th, this year’s annual ram sale will go ahead as an on property auction that will be interfaced by Auctionsplus. Buyers will be able to bid online or in person on sale day.

03.01.2022 Our 41st Ram Sale is at 'Avenel' on Friday 20th September 2019. We will have a fabulous selection of Horned Merinos and Poll Merinos available. Despite the challenging season, the rams have grown out well. They are very lucky to have green grass to eat following a few wonderful inches of rain in recent weeks. As usual we will have a delicious lunch available - if you have special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance. Hope to see you on the day. You are also welcome to attend our on property pre-sale inspection day on Friday 13th September. Let Colin know if you're coming, and he can make an appointment time for you.
