As a Marketing Executive at AVJennings, you’ll drive dynamic marketing strategies and deliver optimum results. ... Every day is truly different in this rolewith new opportunities presented and exciting challenges to tackle. Day-to-day generally finds us strategising around: Taking our Customer experience and journey to the next-level; Positioning and promoting our Communities and creating a sense-of-belonging for residents; Broadening our omni-channel presence and expertly juggling multi-channel campaigns; Composing relevant, engaging content and spurring conversations across all channels; Creating, or collaborating in the creation of, eDMs, brochures, landing pages, social media and REA ads, etc. Upholding our values, ethics and brand; Continually analysing and improving our campaigns and approach in ensuring positive ROI and optimal outcomes; Analysing and researchingcompetitor intelligence, market reports, industry data, etc. Our ideal fit will have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with qualifications in marketing. We are looking for an exemplary team player who relishes collaboration, though can also work autonomouslyall the same. Big-ticket must-haves include an accomplished track record of delivering successful digital, social media and marketing campaigns along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Additionally, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Social Studio (or similar) and Pardot familiarity is most ideal.
