24.01.2022 Scam alert: It’s disappointing to hear reports of people offering clean-up services in the hills, taking payment and not returning to provide services. If yo...u’re approached for services, please check to make sure if the business is legitimate, look for a website, social media presence and a currently registered ABN. 18.01.2022 Spills on Notebooks:- With so many using notebooks at home we are seeing an increase in notebooks that have sustained damage from water, coffee and other liquids. If you spill liquid on your notebook, turn it off immediately, remove the battery if it is removable. Try and gently mop up any visible liquid without forcing it through the keyboard, speakers etc. Open the notebook up and rest it in a tented or triangular fashion. Do not attempt to power it for at least 48 hour...s and if unsure, we can disassemble and dry the components for you. Be aware that some liquids can be very damaging to components including sugar, so damage can range from none to quite extensive and the faster you act the quicker you can avoid damage. Quick action is usually the key to recovering from this type of accident. We routinely disassemble notebooks to inspect, clean and dry accidental spills to try and avoid and minimize damage. See more
18.01.2022 We're back to normal trading hours! A warm one today, but firing on all cylinders.
16.01.2022 I am aware that despite most of the information being provided by the traditional television broadcasts, many of our younger people do not watch television but rather Netflix, Stan etc and few browse any form of news items, nor browse online newspapers. So many rely on the fragmented information that is distributed by Facebook. Many never bother with connection of free to air tv stations. So please, stay in touch with your children and let them know of the bigger picture.
15.01.2022 We are still open so far, but taking extra precautions. We have installed a door bell in the middle of the door. Just press the bell and we will open the door for you. We have also provided a table for incoming and outgoing computers so we are not having to pass a computer directly. If we can assist you remotely, we will. ... We are also ensuring our eftpos machine is cleaned after each use as we do not have a tap terminal. Other cleaning/disinfection is being performed as required including incoming computers. Stay well, stay safe.
11.01.2022 If you get a phone call purporting to be from Medicare asking you to confirm your details so they can send your $750, please desist, this is very suspicious, not verified as yet

09.01.2022 Does your computer freeze, then come good, or do you have to forcefully restart your computer? If so, it is probably a wise idea to get the hard drive checked. Whilst most computers can be replaced, it is the potential of data loss that causes the most grief. How many of us would be devastated if we lost our documents, photos or music libraries? What about emails or favourites? Don't ignore freezing and locking up.
