20.01.2022 Our new home-delivery service, Demi-Chef has just posted the new weekly specials menu online at www.demi-chef.com.au. Highlights include a family-sized Spanakopita. Or you may like to try our Beef and Vegetable Homestyle Meatballs, served in a Chunky Napolitana Sauce and topped with a Creamy Mornay Sauce and Parmesan Herb Crust Post-Easter Week - Order Cut-off and delivery days.... Our next order cut-off will be 11pm Monday night (13 April) for delivery on Wednesday (15/4). This is to allow our chefs to prepare your meals on Tuesday. After that, the next cut-off will be 11pm Wednesday night for delivery on Friday. Or you can view the attached menu images.

17.01.2022 Our Easter menu is now live, including a Fish Pie of Salmon, white fish and Prawns bound with leek and carrot veloute topped with lemon and dill mash The Family Roast Lamb is back for a second week. ... We are now also offering the Lasagna, Cottage Pie and Shepherds Pie in a smaller size, ideal for 2 people. Due to the Public holiday on Friday, our order cut off and delivery days are slightly different next week. The first order cut off is still Monday 2pm for Tuesday delivery. But the second order day is now Wednesday at 2pm for a Thursday delivery. This week's menu is attached. We are also taking online orders at www.demi-chef.com.au

10.01.2022 Sydney's corporate world has slowly started to return to work for 2020. But the real full-time return date is next Tuesday after the Australia Day long weekend. In preparation for the Boardroom Lunch enquiries next week we have released our 2020 Summer Boardroom menu. Entree highlights include the Scorched Calamari Salad with Citrus Fruits, Kipfler Potato, Chorizo, Grapefruit Vanilla Dressing (gluten free). 02.01.2022 Hi Everyone, We wanted to reach out and give an update on our operations as COVID-19 has heavily affected our business, with the majority of our Corporate Events cancelling as people begin to work from home and travel restrictions have been put in place aus-wide. We are doing everything we can to support both our staff and the community as we realise there is a shortage of supplies at supermarkets and people can't get access to food if they are self isolating, or even medica...l staff who don't have time to cook or shop for themselves right now. We have been asked time and time again if we do meal deliveries and so we thought there is no better time than now! So... we have launched a limited edition menu if you are looking for quality hand made meals that we will deliver to your door. We began this last Wednesday and have had amazing feedback so will continue to offer the service to the community! We hope this brings a slice of our world to your tables!
