18.01.2022 Skin can always be a challenge to keep looking flawless, I’ve worked with skin for 14 years now and I understand how it can be so changeable, and frustrating! If you have an event coming up my top tipto keep your skin on point is- Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate! We all know when our calendar is busy we drink less, and no more so is this common around events. If your skin is dehydrated (lacking in water) you are more inclined to create an environment for bacteria to survive, hence those nasty pre event breakouts! Try drinking more water, but also ensure your cleansing daily, exfoliating up to twice weekly, and if you’ve got an epic hydrating mask, get that bad boy out of the back of the shelf!
