07.01.2022 Mince in the slow cooker 1 kilo diced chuck steak or mince 1 chopped onion... Good squirt of tomato sauce Good sprinkle of relish sauce 4 potatoes cut into small pieces 2 carrots cut into small pieces 1 sweet potato cut into small pieces Salt and pepper 1/2 cup uncooked rice 2 cups frozen peas or beans or both 1 large beef liquid stock 1 tin of crushed tomatoes Celery Pumpkin Put everything in slow cooker on high for around 8 hours Then add powder gravy Put 4 heaped tablespoons in a bowl and add enough water to make a thick paste Add to slow cooker stirring as you add it If not thick enough add more
