16.01.2022 Whilst we watch how the Coronavirus impacts on people, families, businesses, communities and countries, we thank the medical staff who are going above and beyond and those working at every level in food production and supply who are pushing through. We are still here to provide legal advice and support to our clients. In the coming days it may be that we can no longer open our front door, but we have the facilities in place to be able to operate remotely. The phones will stil...l be answered. Emails will still be sent and received. Video conferencing will likely become the new norm for many of us. We have always offered telephone and video appointments to our clients, so whilst some things change, some things remain the same. Just let us know what you are most comfortable with - telephone, Zoom, Skype, Facetime... Court work is changing and we are updating our clients with information from the Courts as it comes to hand. Our conveyancing clients will still be able to buy and sell as we have measures in place to ensure the smooth transition of properties. We are anticipating further changes to our temporary way of living, and we will strive to maintain a consistent level of service. 10.01.2022 All these smiling faces and we were furthering our skills and knowledge of CGT, GST and land tax for conveyancing. What an effort!! It's so important we stay on top of changes in legislation and we spend hours (4 hours today) in training to make sure we are. Let us know if you have any curly conveyancing questions, especially if they involve meaty tax issues.

03.01.2022 As we watch the reports of the fires throughout East Gippsland, our thoughts are with family, friends, clients, colleagues and communities that have been effected. Many have lost their homes and all possessions including important original documents - Wills, Powers of Attorney, Title Deeds, Birth Certificates, Passports. If you have lost these important documents in the fires, we would like to donate our time to assist in replacing these documents. Whilst this is not the pr...iority today, when the time is right, let’s us know and we will do what is needed to help get the paperwork back in order. We would also like to acknowledge those risking their lives fighting the fires and the countless people supporting those fighting the fires. Hats off to you all. Incredible effort.
