Avonside Alpine Estate is having its bi annual flock change over. 70 black laying hens, 2 years old, need to be moved on to allow new ladies to take up residence. $50 for 3, please PM me and please bring your own box on Sunday morning from 10am - 12pm (14th).

13.01.2022 Edit....Thanks for the interest and the PM’s. Happy to say that I have started to personally harvest truffles in the Snowy Mountains...I am doing this under training with an experienced teacher and over the next 6 weeks I’ll will taking weekly orders to secure that weeks harvest. Today, just prior to the rain hitting Jindabyne, I harvested,cleaned and graded 400grams which is available for sale with delivery taking place this week. I intend to harvest again during the week. B...uying direct from the farm will save you a fortune and will help support my ongoing learning. Please PM for prices and orders. .................................................................. As you know this year we planted our truffereie, which hopefully will have its first harvest in 2025. Under a co-op arrangement I may be able to secure fresh Snowy truffles over the next two months. These wonderful culinary bundles of taste and aroma are harvested locally and have a reputation for high density and aromatic intensity. This is due to the slow growth at this altitude. The min amount for purchase will be $50 or 20 grams, with discounts for 100gram lots. Please understand I’m looking for interest before I commit to harvesting this year.
